About Wild Scene at the Safari Park 2013

The Safari Park is so special and unique that it has inspired people around the world to make a difference for wildlife. At the forefront of conservation science, saving endangered species with astounding reproductive success, the Safari Park is like no place else. Explore this world famous institution on board an electric cart venturing behind-the-scenes and meeting animals up close. Learn how you can join the Safari Park in making a difference for wildlife worldwide.

Admission

  • Admission is NOT included in the price of Wild Scene and is required. Please ensure each guest has a valid Admission ticket or Membership.


Age Restrictions

  • All ages welcome
  • Designed for children ages 3-7
  • Ages 2 and under free when riding on the lap of a paid adult
  • 17 and younger must be accompanied by a paid Adult


Capacity

  • Join-in Tour
  • Minimum: 2 (one Adult and one Child)
  • Maximum: 10


Change / Cancel Policy

  • Changes or cancellations are not permitted.


Check In

  • 15 minutes prior to scheduled time
  • Location: Lockers near the front entrance
  • NOTE: Please allow suffient time for travel to the Safari Park, parking, and to find Check In location inside park. Allow additional time for busy peak and holiday periods.

Miscellaneous

  • Late guests will be admitted only up to 5 minutes past advertised tour time
  • ADA: If guest uses a wheelchair, additional spaces are needed and must be reserved. Please call Reservation Sales at 619-718-3000 to complete reservation. (EVC not accessible).
  • No service animals.


Parking

  • A nominal parking fee is paid upon arrival.


Program Advisements (Mandatory)

  • No service animals
  • No tripods
  • No food or drink except for water
    • Medical exceptions can be made
  • No smoking
  • No restroom break
  • No camera supplies will be provided
  • Strollers cannot be taken on tour
  • May be cancelled due to safety reasons
  • This is an all-weather event
